Terms of Service

Effective 2026 · applies to invoex.app and the Invoex application

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Invoex ("we", "us") governing your use of the invoicing software at https://invoex.app. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Invoex on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. Either way, one person per account — shared logins are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Invoex.

3. Plans, trials and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe (card) or PayPal, monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Usage allowances (documents, clients, catalog entries, expenses and similar credits) reset each billing cycle once payment is received. Unused allowances don't roll over.
  • Free trials convert to nothing automatically — when a trial ends you keep read access to your data and can choose a paid plan to continue creating documents.
  • You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invoex to issue fraudulent or deceptive documents; to violate tax, consumer or anti-money-laundering laws; to send spam; to probe, overload or disrupt the service; to attempt access to other people's data; or to resell the service without our written consent. We may suspend or block accounts involved in abuse, including IP-level blocks for attack traffic.

5. Your data

  • Your business data — clients, documents, catalog, expenses — is yours. We claim no ownership and use it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of documents you issue, including tax rates, registration numbers and mandatory disclosures in your jurisdiction. Invoex is a tool, not tax or legal advice.
  • You can export your data at any time. After account deletion we remove personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, keeping only what the law requires us to retain.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Invoex available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may add, change or retire features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan's advertised value, we'll say so in advance where practical.

7. Intellectual property

The Invoex software, brand and design remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while these terms are in effect. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate data you entered, tax miscalculations, or third-party payment gateways.

9. Termination

You may stop using Invoex and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Changes to these terms & contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app. Questions? Reach us at support@invoex.com or through the contact page.
